Infoespecifica is a real estate crowdlending platform that connects investors with real estate development projects in Argentina. We act as intermediaries facilitating collective investment in selected projects.

Eligibility

• Be an Argentine resident or have a valid tax ID
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Not be prohibited from making investments by a competent authority

Investments

Investments made through our platform are subject to risks inherent to the real estate market. Past performance does not guarantee future results. We recommend reading all project documentation before investing.

Risks

By investing you accept that:

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
